FELLOW OF AOC (FAOC)

These FAOC award will be given to members of AOC:

GUIDELINES FOR FELLOW OF AOC AWARD

Any Ordinary member can apply for the Fellowship Award if he/she has fulfilled the following requirements:

has been a registered member of the Optometric professional body in the respective country for at least 2 years,

have contributed towards promoting optometry to the local and regional community.

The Fellowship Award can only be conferred to the optometrist upon approval by BOTH the Council of the AOC Panel and the Central Executive Committee of its practice country.

The decision by BOTH the Council of the AOC Panel and Central Executive Committee of its practice country is FINAL. The decision cannot be challenged in court.

The Central Executive Committee of its country can prosecute in court any member and non-member who misuse the Award. The maximum penalty is USD 5,000.00 if found guilty.

SUBSCRIPTION

The initial registration fee of USD 50 will be paid to AOC.

Consequent annual fee of USD 30 to be paid to the respective local member Association
